I have a roof leak from last night's rain storm. Fairly new roof, changed in the summer of 2018. After a friend's referral I called the owner, Dan. He was honest in conversation and advised me to... request the original roofer who could fix the leak faster than anyone else. In my opinion, I think Dan was very honest and not greedy to take my business. I'll definitely call him for any future renovation or repair work of my home.read more

We contracted Alba to replace the siding on our house and address some eavestrough issues. Dan did a very good assessment, understood the issues we were facing, and provided a fair quotation for the... job. Given that the replacement of siding is weather dependent, the job started earlier than we anticipated and was completed in a reasonable time. The crew assigned to us, lead by Shawn, did an excellent job. They were professional, hard-working, friendly, efficient, timely, and tidy. Shawn always made us aware of their progress and let us know if they would be late or absent due to impending weather issues. While there were some complications uncovered during the job, Shawn and Dan provided detailed explanations and offered several solutions. All the issues were resolved satisfactorily. The job looks great and we have received many complements from neighbours and passers-by.Dan and Shawn's team provided great service and obviously cared about the work they were doing and were anxious to provide customer satisfaction. I would have no hesitation in contracting Alba for future work on my home. Similarly, I would definitely recommend Alba Home Services.read more

Dan and the Alba Home Services team did a fantastic job of upgrading our siding. I called three siding contractors for an estimate. They all told me that they were overwhelmed with work and did not... bother to show up.Dan from Alba was the only contractor with the courtesy to discuss the work completion timeline and provide a quote.The Alba Homes crew were very accommodating, polite, and we felt comfortable having them around our property.At the end of each workday, the contractors cleaned up the work area so that we could carry on with our lives. The job was completed within the timeframe specified.read more

We hired Alba to redo the siding on our home and I could not be happier. Alba Home Services was contracted to replace our home’s aluminum siding, soffit, fascia, gutters, five windows and the rear patio door. Major structural reconstruction of the chimney surround was... also required due to extensive water damage. Alba also applied a layer of insulation sheathing board under the new vinyl siding. Workmanship by Patrick, Frank and the other members of their team was first-rate as was their customer-oriented approach to getting the project done. The professionalism and integrity that Dan brought to his dealings with us was of the first order. The work was completed on schedule and within budget, and we would not hesitate to engage Alba for future renovations.read more

I asked Dan to replace our home’s aging aluminum siding with vinyl siding. Part of the job included the addition of 1.5 inch rigid polyisocyanurate insulation sheathing board. This meant the... strapping and vinyl siding would extend further out, but Patrick was able to install window capping which looks great. The material was chosen with care, but more importantly the installation was very professionally done by Patrick and Frank. For example the seams are hardly visible. Dan was frequently on site and patiently answered my many questions. I asked to have the garage door frame capped as well. They took the extra time to complete this unscheduled task. This team was very friendly and skillful. I would highly recommend Alba Home Services. I have already consulted with Dan about our next renovation.read more

They did some work on my siding in August 2018. It popped out in 2019 :(. They sent their troupes to the rescue to fix it free of charge and we could have a nice chat about other issues I might have... with my sidings =D. All and all they are pros and not intimidating.
